  i have some case that net cut not run very well
  
  i connect to internet with wifi and 2 others laptop use cable cat5
  and i try to cut 2 laptop has connected to internet but its not working 2 laptop still downloading big files

  Hey, Im not a network admin but Ive been cutting off someone connection because they downloaded big files that are not part of the work, while I need it the internet connection to work smoothly because of the work I have. But apparently they still able to have internet connection and seem the net cut didnt work as I expected it to be, please advise

  net cut is not workingg... it only uses lot of CPU and RAM and makes the system slow... Can the admin please look into this problem seriously... its not even cutting out one person...

  are you running netcut defender, your PC should be protected. if allow netcut defender to run over 2 minutes when you found it maybe cut off, you will see everything back to normal.

  There are more than one way to cut off. some method are no way to detect, like the method used by netCut 2.1.1
  
  netcut defender future release can provide who is trying to cut off (use the detectable method).

  Also, MimoSSS, if you have more than one adapter and you know know which is network to internet(you can tell from the IP). You can turn off Protect to all OTHER ADAPTER. this will save some resource and make the protection faster.

  Please download netcut.exe from this site again, use version 2.1.0.1. which only display information page when you cut off more than one PC in very short of time.
  Try to do cuf off test to only one user once a while will not show this page
