netcut not run on Windows 8

I have not get a windows 8 myself. need to wait the winpcap release support windows 8

why you did not ask directly to the winpcap to run in windos 8

Windows 8 is still in preview release stage, on the winpcap homepage, last winpcap already support R2. http://www.winpcap.org/install/default.htm

You can try to install netCut 2.1.4 then download the last winpcap .

I will try to update the package when windows 8 official release confirmed.
