If you run netcut 2.1.0 or 2.1.1 , within first start of 10-20 seconds, you may see a pop up window like this

This simply means , you are ready to test 'Cut off' now.

You may wonder what if I cut off someone before this message? or why 2.0.8 or 2.0.9 don't have this message?

2.0.8 and 2.0.9 are not good to use within wifi. because it's code was not advanced. it took 5 - 10 minutes before it found itself within a wifi network. some times forever 2.0.8 or 2.0.9 will wait.

with in 2.1.4, it's even better, that you wont see a pop up message, but only the "CUT oFF" button display itself as "Ready"

also, you might be selected wrong netCard if your PC can use internet and netcut shows it's 0.0.0.0 IP. try to change a different netcard to work on/.
